Ten occupants were evacuated from a building in the Southwinds Apartment Complex when a fire broke out in an upstairs apartment Tuesday morning, Jan. 6. City fire crews received a call around 9:12 a.m. Tuesday from a neighbor reporting smoke in the hallway outside of the apartment. No injuries were reported.
