FOURTEEN THP vehicles patrol the ELEVEN miles of the Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap on August 4, 2007. They were stopping cars, SUV's, motorcycles, and issuing tickets for any and all violations. Many tourists were harrassed and threatened with arrest. Evidently, TN is not interested in promoting tourism in their state. Come to NC and enjoy beautiful roads and no harrassment.
